Since we know the marketplace, we can find a provider and an adviser that will exceed your goals and objectives. We are unbiased since we do not sell any products or manage any assets.

Evaluate: We first evaluate the size of your group - both in people and in plan assets. All retirement programs are priced based on the average balance of the plan - the amount of assets divided by the number of Participants. We will also need to know of any special services that will be requested or about any other features requested by the Employer.

Search: At this point we do a search and find three of the best programs that meet your needs and wants. We do not use long questionnaires that each provider must complete as part of the proposal process. We know the marketplace, so we understand who fits the needs of the employer.

Review: At this point we meet with the Employer to evaluate the three providers and interview each of them to see who the Employer prefers.

Implementation: Once the decision is made, we assist you with the implementation of the new program.
